Whispers abound of a strange, intoxicating type of blood called Cherry Moon. Everyone is clamoring for a taste, but few can say how to find it or even what it is. Will you slake your Hunger and see what the buzz is all about? A Taste of the Moon is a modular, easily rerunnable story for Vampire: The Masquerade 5th Edition. While suited for a single session of play using the provided player characters, you can also integrate it into your own chronicle for a single night or use it to build a larger story.

Wonderful Starter
GREAT intro into a very Alchemy-Heavy environment, I have run this a couple of times both as Anarchs and Camarilla and it works out just fine. If you struggle with Alchemy or Thin-Blood involvement in your games this is a great way to include them!

Pervasively humorous, great character writing
Kemper and Pettersson have a talent for character writing. Not only the NPCs, but also the pregen options for the PCs are described with realistic humor, vivid personality traits, and just enough absurdity to make them really fun to use. Even if I didn't run this module, I'd want to drop the NPCs into other chronicles. The module is well-designed; a sensible but compelling premise, lots of flexibility, and an eye for the important details that make STs pull their hair out when they're not included. I've been running V:tM since the 90's and this feels like a version of WoD I haven't seen since the early days of White Wolf. I've read a LOT of story ideas that have to do with people selling some weird kind of bottled blood so it's not like it hasn't been done before, but this iteration seems better-grounded than others, and just has an overall better vibe. I'd love to see more from this writing team.
